History of PF Chang’s
It all started with a broke artist when Phillip Chang, fresh out of art school and broke with no job decided to help at his mom’s restaurant in the early 1960s.
Yes, the art of food ran in his family as his mom was the famous chef, Cecilia Chiang whose flourishing restaurant already fed many celebrities of the decade.
